I’ve always seen the lack of healthy affordable products in the local stores, so while I was full time working in the oil patch, there was nothing healthy to eat, the options were only chips and sodas. So, after doing some research about fruits that I could dehydrate, I started thinking on how to get them out to the population. Then I thought of the vending machines that would have only healthy products in them. Then I gathered an amazing team for production and checked all the import processes and permits.
